About The Position

The Pagaya team is comprised of over 100 professionals in New York and Tel Aviv with expertise in artificial intelligence, data rich alternative assets and asset management. The team manages over $1.8 billion in assets on behalf of institutional investors around the world. 

Pagaya just completed its Series D financing of over $100M led by a prominent sovereign wealth fund.


Key Responsibilities 

Take ownership in coordinating with the operations, development, and research teams to: 

  • Inventory Current Risk in Processes Measured to Benchmarks
  • Recommend Remedial Measures for Effective Control
  • Identify Emerging Risks
  • Document and Communicate Policies and Supervisory Procedures updates to the Respective Departments
  • Communicate and Liaise on Deliverables between Israel and US Compliance Departments and other necessary stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience managing compliance projects (e.g. SOC2, ISO, PCI-DSS)
  • Documentation Specialist
  • Experience successfully managing multi disciplinary projects (technology, finances and operations) and delivering on time and quality 
  • Fast learner with experience improving processes and creating good relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven experience managing relations with USA internal and 3rd party partners 
  • Experience creating high quality and articulated English documentation 
  • Details oriented and meticulous 
  • Capable of self-management and delivery on time and on quality 
  • Friendly, cooperative and willing to learn and teach


Advantage

  • Experience with financial compliance and regulations 
  • Experience with operational due diligence 
  • Understanding of security and IT realms 
  • Understanding of DRP and BCP 
  • ISACA or ISC2 relevant certifications
